Need to return your order? No problem. Please fill out the form below and you will be able to download the return form if you don’t have the one that came with your shoes.

Make sure you include the return form in the box with the shoes coming back to us. Vibram does not provide return labels.

Issues with finding the order? Make sure the order number is the one on your confirmation email from Vibram. (Example: 02345821) Also, make sure your zip code matches the same confirmation email (xxxxx or xxxxx-xxxx).

Please do not try to put in the order number that begins with prefix, SAP.
